This statement describes the public marketing site. Confidential deal work is governed by NDA and engagement terms after conflict clearance.
Data we collect
Non-confidential scope-form fields (name, work email, firm/role, stage/modality, decision type/date, greatest uncertainty), basic server logs, and privacy-safe analytics events such as work-account views and scope submissions. We do not accept confidential uploads on this site.
Purpose
Respond to fit requests, prevent spam/abuse, improve conversion of the public work and method pages, and operate the site.
Processors
Hosting on Vercel; form handling via our application server with email delivery to john@bioticabio.com through Resend; optional CRM (HubSpot or Airtable) when connected. Analytics may use Plausible or PostHog configured without capturing memo text or confidential deal details.
Retention
Fit requests are retained as needed for commercial follow-up and compliance. Server logs rotate on host defaults. Engagement work product retention is defined in the engagement letter, not here.
Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of marketing-site personal data by contacting john@bioticabio.com.
